Avicor Promoting Jet Source

Lake Oswego, Oregon-based Avicor Aviation Inc. is at EBACE promoting its JetSource aircraft acquisition service.

JetSource is a four-phase program that takes clients through the entire process of analyzing travel requirements and sourcing and acquiring a business jet.

"We can offer a client who has no knowledge of business aviation a complete service," Avicor vp Lillian M. Tamm told Show News. "We start off by assessing travel needs, and recommend an aircraft type and also whether a fractional share, ownership, or combination of the two would best meet the client's requirement.

"The next step is to look at specific needs-for example, cabin configuration, engines, avionics, is RVSM approval needed for European operations? Then, we identify the most suitable aircraft currently available, have it appraised on-site by our technical experts, and when the customer makes the decision to purchase we assist in preparing an offer, finalizing the deal, arranging insurance and, where, necessary crewing.

JetSource has served clients worldwide. "North America, Europe, Asia, everywhere but Africa so far," says Tamm. In addition to its Oregon headquarters, the company has a second HQ in British Columbia, Canada and regional offices in Boston, Los Angeles and Miami.

Avicor does not have a booth at EBACE, but further details can be obtained from its Web site www.avicoraviation.com.
