Singapore Airlines subsidiary SIA Engineering has teamed with Pratt & Whitney and Tube Processing Corp to repair aerospace tubes, ducts and manifolds. Initially, the venture will repair tubes and lines on P&W engines, but later it will expand to other companies' engines. The joint venture is expected to gather $5 million in first-year revenues and should grow to $30 million a year in ten years' time.
