Alenia for Sonic Cruiser

Alenia Aeronautica, a Finmeccanica company, and Boeing Commercial have disclosed an agreement under which the Italian company will work on Boeing's latest airliner project, although precise details of the areas to be covered has not been made public. Alenia has a long history of participation in Boeing programs, its current work including the manufacture of large subassemblies for the 717, 757, 767 and 777. Its Aeronavali subsidiary has modified Boeing military and commercial aircraft.
