AOM Industries Joins TAT Group in New TAT Industries

AOM Industries has joined TAT Group to create a new maintenance, repair and overhaul company, TAT Industries.

Both partners in the new company began as maintenance operations for French airlines, AOM and TAT European Airlines.

The new company will have its headquarters in Dinard, France, and will operate facilities at nine sites: Dinard, Nimes, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Marseilles, Papeete, Noumea, Singapore and Djakarta. The company offers major and minor airframe checks, component repair and overhaul, avionics repair, landing gear and hydraulic services, as well as spare parts sales and engineering services.

The company employs 1,100 and has annual revenue of about $130 million.
