Korry Electronics Takes Planar system ATC Monitors On Board
Korry Electronics Co is acquiring Planar Systems' line of high performance specialist monitors, which are used largely for air traffic control purposes. Korry is already a well-respected manufacturer of electro-optical and display solutions. "These products are a logical fit with our exiting aerospace display business," said Alan Correl, president of Korry Electronics. "We expect to leverage the new touch screen, backlight and dimming technologies into further growth opportunities for Korry."
