Honeywell Tapped for F-16 Upgrades
Lockheed Martin has selected Honeywell to provide the secondary
environmental control system and the HG9550 radar altimeter for
the F-16 Block 60 and future production models. The secondary
ECS cools the aircraft's radar system; the HG9550 is an improvement
of the HG9500 radar altimeter found on current production F-16s.
