Hamilton Sundstrand Europa
The acquisition in December of Claverham Group Ltd., a U.K.-based
supplier to the European aerospace defense industry, by Hamilton
Sundstrand brings the U.S. company's European workforce to 3,000.
The 400 employees at Claverham specialize in primary hydraulic
actuation systems. Other Hamilton Sundstrand subsidiaries in Europe
include HS Marston in the UK, Microtecnica in Italy, Nord-Micro
in Germany, Ratier-Figeac in France, and the HS Nauka heat exchanger
company in Russia.
