A Thales Win on ASTOR
Raytheon Systems has selected Thales Defense Communications' low
risk Local Area Subsystem technology for the data-intensive Ground
ICCS (Integrated Communication Control Subsystem) environment
of the UK MoD's Airborne Stand Off Radar program. The system will
create ASTOR's ground station's communications infrastructure,
and its ATM switching technology will deliver the full range of
voice, image, video and data multimedia services.
