RTS Gains Screen Approval

RTS Rework was granted FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) for its replacement/modification air inlet screen assemblies, for Pratt & Whitney Canada's PT6A engines. The approvals cover the PT6A-11 through the 135 series.

Roger Sickler, president of Fort Worth-based RTS Rework and RTS Services, said, "In the past operators may have been told that they had to order a new air inlet screen through Pratt & Whitney. We are ready to provide operators with an inexpensive, FAA-PMA air inlet screen that meets the exact same specifications as a factory-new part."
