Shadin's (Booth 8330) engine trend monitor is now standard on all new TBM-700 products. The ETM combines functions of Shadin's Digiflo and fuel/airdata computers to track engine performance and condition. Data is automatically downloaded to the Datakey, which can be taken from the cockpit to a PC, and which interfaces automatically with Pratt & Whitney's ECTM System IV software. ETM provides tracking of flight time, engine hours, performance variations and exceedences, allowing users to anticipate maintenance and operational needs.
