Avolar Selects Maintenix

Avolar, United Airlines business jet fractional ownership subsidiary, has selected Mxi Technologies' Maintenix software to manage the maintenance of it fractional fleet. The software will lets Avolar track life usage on parts, configuration management, maintenance planning and regulatory compliance.

"With varying schedules, operations into several thousand non-hub airports and high quality service standards, it is clear that running a large fleet of fractional business jets is an extremely complex business," said Doug Brouse, Mxi executive vice president.

Avolar now joins companies such as Delta Air Lines, Air Canada, Bombardier Aerospace, the United States Navy and Army in using Mxi's Maintenix software.
