DeCrane Logs On

DeCrane Aircraft has launched its e-CABIN.Connect airborne fast Internet connection. It claims the integrated on-board system is lighter, faster, and more compatible with existing satellites than any other airborne internet technology on the market.

DeCrane's e-CABIN.Connect involves strategic alliances with leading communications technology companies including: Passenger Networks (integrated server receiver), ViaSat Satellite Networks (airborne satellite receiver components and leasing of Ku-band satellite transponders), Teledyne Controls (single-point billing), and Rantec Microwave Systems (Ku-band antenna).
