Rockwell Collins FMS-6100 flight management system was selected for the Gulfstream 100 and Gulfstream 200 midsize and super-midsize jets. The advanced FMS is being offered by Gulfstream as part of its Premium Package for the aircraft. Both aircraft are equipped with Collins Pro Line 4 avionics. Highlights of the Collins FMS-6100 include multiple waypoint vertical navigation, Vspeeds, time en route and fuel consumption calculations. These advanced capabilities reduce pilot workload and enhance aircraft operations. That's the G200, formerly known as the Galaxy, shown.
