Grand Rapids-based Smiths Aerospace (Hall D, Booth 132) now offers a range of flight recorders for cockpit voice and flight data recording, helicopter health and usage monitoring, and integrated data acquisition and recording. Various repair station facilities are seeking certification for the installation of Smiths' HUMS and combined CV/FDR on a Bell 412, HUMS on UK MoD SH-3 Sea King, Lynx and Puma, and IDAR on the BK-117.
