FIDAE Show Features Civil Aviation;
Show News to Publish Daily There

Top executives of Latin America's largest aerospace exhibition-Chile's FIDAE-are drumming up support for the next event, to be held in Santiago March 25-31, 2002.
Leading the effort is Col. Juan Squella, CEO of the growing event.

"We are really focusing on the commercial, business and general aviation side of the show," he told Aviation Week's Show News, which will publish three full issues at FIDAE. "It is not just a defense show, but the leading forum in Latin America for commercial and general aviation, and space."

Kenneth E. Gazzola, executive vice president and publisher of the Aviation Week Group, has added his support to the show.

"We are pleased to use the Aviation Week multimedia resources and commercial and military aviation publishing capabilities to make FIDAE a success," he said. "We cannot underestimate the importance of FIDAE in Latin America."
