Bombardier Expands, Reorganizes Fractional Management

Bombardier Aerospace has expanded and realigned the senior management team of its Dallas-based Flexjet fractional ownership operation "to meet the needs of its growing customer base."

Clifford Dickman and Michael McQuay, both highly experienced business aviation veterans, have been tapped to form part of a new leadership team. As newly appointed president of Business Jet Solutions, Dickman assumes overall responsibility for Flexjet operations in the U.S. and Europe. McQuay is VP and general manager of Flexjet North America. The reorganized management also includes Dennis Keith, one of the firm's founders, who has served as its president since 1998. He has been appointed senior VP business development, and will focus on new business segments such as aircraft management, branded charter and corporate shuttle operations.

"This realignment, and the added value of more than 50 years of senior-level business aviation experience represented by the addition of Clifford and Michael to our management team, underscores our commitment to our rapidly growing list of customers," said Bombardier Aerospace Business Aircraft president Pierre Beaudoin.
