Thales Satcom for Gulfstream
Gulfstream has contracted with the UK's Thales Avionics to supply
its MCA 6010 antenna as standard fit on all new production Gulfstream
IVs and Vs that are being equipped with satcom systems. Thales
has already supplied more than 450 antennas for business jets,
including many Gulfstreams on which it has been a customer-specified
item. In addition to supporting existing multi-channel telephony/data
services, the MCA 6010 will support Inmarsat's high-speed data
service when it is launched.
