Challenger 600 Gets Pro Line 21 Continuum Upgrade

Rockwell Collins' Pro Line 21 Continuum, featuring the Collins FDS-2000 flight display system, will soon be available as an upgrade on Challenger 600s. Installation on the first aircraft is underway at Duncan Aviation, with supplemental type certification expected next month.
The FDS-2000 features five AFD-2000 adaptive flight displays, including the new MFD-2000, which supports integration and display of ground proximity warnings, weather, FMS maps and TCAS data.

The Challenger 600 installation also includes Collins TCAS-4000 with Change 7, TWR-850 turbulence detection weather radar, and triple-redundant AHS-3000A solid-state attitude heading reference systems.

A third VHF communications radio and dual RTU-4200 tuning units will also be added to the aircraft's existing Pro Line package.
