BizJet Expands to Handle BBJ, ACJ

Lufthansa Technik AG subsidiary BizJet has expanded its Tulsa, Oklahoma facility to offer Boeing Business Jet and Airbus Corporate Jetliner servicing. An established MRO provider with 300 employees, BizJet became an LHT subsidiary last year. It offers a broad range of services for small and medium size business jets and General Electric, Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell engines, and also performs avionics and cabin equipment servicing and aircraft painting. To enable it to undertake BBJ and ACJ work BizJet is building a new two-aircraft hangar that will become operational this summer. Its facilities will be available to BBJ and ACJ operators regardless of whether LHT or its competitors originally outfitted their aircraft.
