Executive Jet says it's buying 25 Cessna Citation Bravos and 25
Excels for NetJets Europe in a deal worth some $400 million. This
latest purchase was disclosed by Warren Buffet and NetJets founder
Richard Santulli in London on the eve of EBACE. "The ability
our NetJets owners have to interchange between the various aircraft
types in the NetJets fleet is perfectly illustrated by our trip
to Europe," Santulli said. They've used a Boeing Business
Jet, a Falcon 2000 and a Hawker 800XP. The first Excel for NetJets
Europe is to be delivered in November and the first Bravo in January
2002.
