FAST Service From SIAEC and Hamilton Sundstrand

Asian Aerospace 2000 -- SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) and Hamilton Sundstrand joint venture company Fuel Accessory Service Technologies Private Limited (FAST) dedicated its new 24,000-square-foot facility at Loyang Industrial Park near Changi Airport on Wednesday. Top management from both partners attended the ceremony.

FAST repairs and overhauls aircraft engine fuel components and accessories for major airline customers throughout the Asia Pacific region, employing a staff of about 40. "As this region and its major airlines continue to rebound from the economic downturn, our company will continue to grow and prosper," said GM Jeff LaBranche. "We've also added some technical capabilities in-house that permit us to service components on an even wider array of world leading engines, including the Pratt & Whitney PW4000 growth engines and General Electric's CFM56-5."
