Dassault Falcon Milestones

Singapore -- Dassault has disclosed that delivery of its 300th Falcon 50 executive jet, an extended-range Falcon 50EX, will take place in the fourth quarter of 2000. Dassault last month began deliveries of the first maritime-patrol Falcon 50Ms for the French Navy.

This summer Dassault will deliver the 250th Falcon 900 trijet to Dassault Falcon Jet, which will operate the aircraft, initially, as a demonstrator. Falcon 900EX production is continuing alongside the Falcon 900C, which integrates the avionics of the longer-range Falcon 900EX into the airframe of the popular Falcon 900B.

On 27 September 1999 the 100th Falcon 2000 twin-engine, long-range business jet took off from Dassault's Mérignac plant en route to Jet Aviation, Switzerland, for completion.

Dassault's Falcon 2000 order book currently stands at over 160 aircraft with 54 of those for the NetJets fractional ownership programs based in the US, Europe and Middle East.
