Make Strategic Alliance

Business and regional aircraft operators are expected to benefit from Tuesday's announcement of a new link between Rockwell Collins and BFGoodrich Avionics Systems. Overall, the intention is for the companies to provide complementary avionics product and systems offerings.

Through the alliance, Rockwell Collins expects to offer a range of BFG's products, including its integrated active matrix liquid crystal display (AMLCD) stand-by instruments, Stormscope lightning detection, and Landmark terrain awareness warning systems, or TAWS.
