Gilles Ouimet, president and CEO of Pratt & Whitney Canada, and Dr. Zhang Yanzhong, president of AVIC II, were all smiles yesterday as they signed an MoU confirming AVIC II's choice of the P&WC 150 for its Y8F600 development program.

The Y8 is a four-engine medium transport aircraft developed and manufactured by Shaanxi Aircraft Company, an AVIC II subsidiary.
