Exostar Is New Name for Boeing E-Biz Group

The huge e-commerce venture being established by Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BAE Systems, and Commerce One will show a new face to the world tomorrow. The joint venture will unveil its official name -- Exostar -- at Farnborough 2000. It will replace the temporary Zephyr label under which it has been operating. The buying power of the consortium is estimated at about $70 billion annually.
