Hotel:

Aviation Week is holding a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency DFW with a reduced rate of $170 single/double occupancy exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently at 12%). All reservations must be made individually through the hotel’s reservation department by calling +1.972.453.1234 or +1.800.233.1234 and requesting the “Aviation Week” rate. The room block and/or rate is available until September 13, 2006 or if sold out, whichever comes first.

Check-In/Check-Out: Hotel has a check-in time of 3PM and check-out time of 12noon. Luggage storage arrangements may be made with the Bell Captain. A late check-out charge of $20 is assessed if a guest checks out after 12noon

Early Departure Fee: There is an early departure of $50.00. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process.

Parking: The hotel provides complimentary self parking to overnight guests and meeting attendees with validation of their parking ticket at the front desk. The hotel currently offers valet parking at a rate of $15 per car, per day.

Transportation: The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to all DFW International Airport airline terminals.
