Included with your conference registration fee is a non-deductable fee of US $79 applied to a one-year digital subscription of Aviation Week & Space Technology.
Conference Cancellation and Credit Card Authorization Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email (events@aviationweek.com) or fax (+1-212-904-3334) no later than Friday, March 9, 2012 to receive a refund less a processing fee of $300 (standard registration) or $100 (Military/Government). No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations received after March 9, 2012, but a substitute may be sent and any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. VERBAL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Full payment must accompany your registration form. Credit card payment must be included for online and faxed registrations. Check payment will only be accepted with mailed forms. Registration fees will be shown on credit card statements as Aviation Week Conferences. By submitting this registration, you authorize The McGraw-Hill Companies to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fees.
