FREEMAN is the official design company for MRO Americas /Military 2012. For contractor and convention center services (including electric/telecommunications/audio visual equipment/labor/ material handling/furniture) refer to your FREEMAN Online Exhibitor Manual. The FREEMAN Online Exhibitor Manual contains all the important information exhibitors will need to successfully exhibit at MRO Americas /Military 2012. If you are not able to use the FREEMAN Online Exhibitor Manual we have made a pdf version available: Order forms for all services will be included in the FREEMAN pdf Exhibitor Manual: Rigging orders which must be placed by emailing FreemanDallasES@Freemanco.com, no other form of application will be processed. Exhibitors should pay particular attention to the form deadlines to avoid disappointment and late order surcharges. Many of the deadlines fall weeks in advance of the show dates so it is recommended that exhibitors log into the manual and place their orders as soon as they can. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full by FREEMAN. Booth Personnel Registration – each 10x10 exhibit space receives 2 complimentary booth personnel badges (lunch included, 2 days). The Booth Personnel Badges allow you access into the exhibit hall before and after official exhibit hall hours. YOU MAY ORDER additional badges FOR $75.00 WHICH INCLUDES LUNCH FOR BOTH DAYS ON THE EXHIBITION FLOOR; OR YOU MAY OPT TO REGISTER AS MANY STAFF, ON A COMP BASIS, WITH NO LUNCH INCLUDED.
