Adel Ali , CEO, Air Arabia

Adel Ali, together with the founder team, is credited with creating the Middle East and North Africa ’s first low-fares airline, Air Arabia , which began operations in October 2003. He brings with him over 25 years of strategic experience in aviation, tourism and marketing. He previously served as VP Commercial and Customer Service for Gulf Air, where he played a central role in the airline’s recovery. He also held senior management positions with British Airways, including GM Middle East and Africa.

Abdulla H. Al-Hudaid, VP Maintenance & Engineering, Jazeera Airways

Al-Hudaid is Jazeera Airways’ VP, Maintenance & Engineering, a position held since August 2004. he has the responsibility of managing the maintenance & engineering including material department.. He holds multiple licenses with ratings on different types of aircrafts and engines and is certified in management , safety, and other specialized technical subjects.

Mubadala Development Company (Mubadala) is a Public Joint Stock Company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates. Prior to joining Mubadala, Homaid Al Shemmari was a Lieutenant Colonel in the UAE Armed Forces in the areas of military aviation, maintenance, procurement and logistics. As part of Mubadala’s commitment to the opportunity that the aerospace sector presents, it is creating a new global aerospace industry for Abu Dhabi - focused on an integrated approach including manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO).
