A non-deductible $79 USD will be applied to a one-year digital subscription of Aviation Week & Space Technology. The subscription is only applied to full/paid conference registrations.
Please note that all conference registrations made after Friday, March 30, 2012 will incur an additional charge of $250 and all exhibition hall only registrations will be $75.

Conference Cancellation and Credit Card Authorization Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email (events@aviationweek.com) or fax (+1-212-904-3334) no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2012 to receive a refund less a processing fee of $300 (standard registration) or $100 (Military/Government). No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations received after February 1, 2012, but a substitute may be sent and any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. VERBAL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Full payment must accompany your registration form. Credit card payment must be included for online and faxed registrations. Check payment will only be accepted with mailed forms. Registration fees will be shown on credit card statements as Aviation Week Conferences. By submitting this registration, you authorize The McGraw-Hill Companies to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fees.
