Attention All Exhibitors + Contractors:
- AsiaWorld Expo will issue vehicle passes to the local freight forwarder i.e. Agility. All exhibitors/contracts need to contact them to obtain the passes. Info to come
- During move-in, contractors are required to put on reflective vests and proper high reaching equipment shall be prepared for works at height.
- All island or non-shell scheme booths, please submit designs for review.

Contractor Forms
If an exhibitor plans to use a firm other than the “Official Show Vendor”, please fill out the AVIATION WEEK EAC form. After completing this form please fax it to the Conference Department at AVIATION WEEK (+1.212.904.3334).
The Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Information Form must be completed and returned no later than Four (4) weeks prior to the event.
Insurance
All exhibitors must have adequate insurance to exhibit and need to submit a Certificate of Insurance to AVIATION WEEK. Each company is responsible for obtaining their own insurance. Click here for a sample copy of the COI (Certificate of Insurance)
