Please note the following:
To book a block of 10 or more rooms, send your request to mrohousing@grapevinetexasusa.com and copy diane@executivediamond.com
- Include:
- the proper contact name
- company
- title
- phone
- email address
- top four (4) hotels of choice, in preference order
- day-by-day count of rooms requested
- valid credit card - type of card, name on the card, card number and expiration date to guarantee the block. This card needs to be valid until May 2009. If individual cards are submitted on the rooming list, this credit card will not be charged.
All room blocks must be pre-approved based on the number of rooms your company used in past years. You will receive a confirmation, stating the hotel and the number of rooms blocked within 72 business hours.
We do realize that some companies prefer their employees to book their own rooms, utilizing individual credit cards to guarantee the room. This method is acceptable, however please note that all rooms should be booked quickly to ensure confirmation. Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis requiring a method of guarantee/deposit at time of booking.
