Aviation Week launched the Innovation Challenge with the goal of identifying innovative products and solutions within the A&D supply chain, along with the broader strategic commitment of elevating the critical role Innovation plays in the future health of this essential industry.
Therefore, to deliver greater value to the finalists and winners of the Innovation Challenge and a more defined context for A&D decision-makers, Aviation Week is proud to announce a dedicated day of Innovation to coincide with its annual Laureates event in March. This integrated effort will provide a unified platform to sharpen and elevate the focus on supply chain innovation, and greater return and in-person connections for all involved in this important initiative.
- Innovation Review 11am March 7- The Innovation Challenge evaluation team will present the insights, observations and recommended industry-actions resulting from the entries to the Innovation Challenge contest. All Innovation Challenge finalists invited to participate for engagement and dialogue with supply chain and technology leaders.
- Awards Luncheon 12pm-1pm March 7- Innovation Challenge winners awarded by Evaluation team in front of the elite audience attending the Innovation Review.
- Innovation Roundtable 1-4pm March 7- Innovation Challenge finalists and winners invited to focus strategically on A&D Innovation and dialogue with heads of Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing.
- Laureates- Innovation Challenge Winners will be recognized among industry’s elite as this elite group gathers to honor the people behind the most important industry achievements of 2011. Learn more about the Laureate Awards.
