All reservations must be made by the attendees directly to The Arizona Biltmore reservation office at +1.800.950.0086 by October 2, 2011 and requesting the Aviation Week group Discounted rate of US$239 per person/per night. Reservations received after the cut-off date of October 2, 2011 are subject to availability and room type at the prevailing Resort rates.
All attendees will be required to provide a first night’s deposit (refundable up to 14 days in advance of the arrival date, after which it is non-refundable). Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately. The Arizona Biltmore will deduct any collected nonrefundable prepayment fees from the amount you may owe as performance or cancellation damages.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
Rates:
Single/Double: $239 single/double occupancy + 12.27% tax (Note: resort fee has been waived, however, there will be a $12 per person porterage charge for check-in/check-out and a $3 per room, per day room attendant charge)

Parking is available for a daily rate. Please note that Aviation Week does not validate parking.

Airport Transportation Service: Taxis, limousines, shuttles, buses and vans can be arranged to transport you and your group from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Please contact the Resort Services desk at 602.955.6600 extension 7000 for rates and information. ExecuCar is the preferred town car & transportation service for the Arizona Biltmore.
Directions to and from Sky Harbor Airport:
- From Sky Harbor Airport
- Exit airport using the 24th street exit
- Turn right on 24th street heading North
- Follow 24th street for about 20 minutes
- Make a right on Thunderbird Trail (2 streets North of Camelback Road)
- Follow driveway to the hotel
- To Sky Harbor Airport
- Exit hotel, turn left on 24th street to Highland
- Turn right on Highland to SR51 South
- Turn left onto 51 South and follow signs to 1-10 East (Left Lanes)
- Take 1-10 East to Exit 148 for Sky Harbor International
