PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PROCEEDING:
- Registration requires the creation of a user account. If you have previously registered for an AVIATION WEEK event, you should already have a user account. You can retrieve your user account password by following the onscreen directions once you select a registration link below.
- After a user account is created, you will be allowed to register for the event.
- You can register more than one person for the event under one user account by clicking on the “ADD REGISTRANT” link on the PAYMENT/VERIFICATION page.

Included with your conference registration fee: a non-deductible US$79 will be applied to a one-year subscription of Aviation Week & Space Technology.

*MRO Provider: Must be a Manager, Director, VP (or higher) of Purchasing, Maintenance, Overhaul, Engineering or Technology at a 3rd party airline company to qualify.
**Airline Personnel: Must be a Manager, Director, VP (or higher) of Purchasing, Maintenance, Overhaul, Engineering or Technology at an Airline to quality. Sales, Marketing and Business Development positions do not qualify. Must be employed by an Airline (cargo or passenger). Does not include Third Party Maintenance affiliates
***This rate is not applicable to individuals working on projects for the government or located at a government facility but employed by a private company. This rate applies to government employees and active military only. Proof of affiliation is required to secure this rate.
****Company must be Chinese based with headquarters in mainland China. Branch and satellite offices of non-China based companies do not qualify.

Conference Cancellation and Credit Card Authorization Policy: Written cancellations received on or before September 12, 2008 will receive a refund less a processing fee of $300 on the conference registration; $50 for mainland China based company and Military/Government; $45 on reception only. If no moneys are received, registrants are still responsible for the processing fee. VERBAL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please fax your written cancellation to +1(212) 904-3334 or email to events@aviationweek.com. No refunds will be given after September 12, 2008, however a substitute may be sent. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. By submitting this registration, you authorize McGraw-Hill to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fees.
