AVIATION WEEK’s 2008 MRO Military Conference assembles military and industry leaders in a unique Working Group Seminar designed to develop a realistic plan of action to improve readiness, availability, cost, and cycle time for U.S. fighters, airlift/tanker, rotor wing and complex electronic aircraft.

Participants will be guided through a two-day working session designed to identify truly unique approaches to continuous process improvement, public/private partnerships, PMA/DER utilization, and strategic supply chain management. Together, these working groups will define an action plan to drive improvement in all four areas during the coming 12 months.
