Lessons Learned -Creating Improvement
One of the challenges for the MRO Military planning group was to identify processes and efforts whose results achieved the status of "revelations". Using 35% improvement as the gauge the planning committee identified such change efforts to assist in gauging what needs to be achieved in our Interactive Sessions. In this overview on improvement efforts, we'll learn about the tradeoffs and decision-making involved with the Army Aviation Condition Based Maintenance Effort, the USMC effort to transition from "Turnaround Time" to "Time to Reliably Replenish" as a Measurement, and High Velocity Maintenance.
