Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes of 10.25%. These rates are held until March 23, 2006 or if the room block sells out, otherwise prevailing rates will apply. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit. Guestroom cancellation must occur by 4pm the day prior to arrival; if not, you will be charged for 1 night’s room and tax to the credit card.
