Cathay Pacific finished a close second behind Singapore Airlines. Its total score has risen 6% over the past five years, but in general the airline’s score is slipping. With the exception of 2001, Cathay’s score has been above 60, but the 2005 total score sank to 55. The Hong Kong-based carrier had revenue of $6.5 billion in 2005.
