AVIATION WEEK has blocked a maximum of discounted rooms. Rates are US$199 per person/per night and subject to local and state taxes. There will also be a guest fee of $14.50 per person/per day and includes parking, local phone calls, sleeping room Internet access and long distance access for 800 numbers and credit cards. This fee also covers the Bishop’s Lodge facilities, including the fitness center.
Check in is 4p.m. Check out is 12:00 p.m. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee of $50 per room will apply.
