The diligent folks at ARSA have completed a side-by-side comparison (.pdf) of the new Part 145 NPRM (.pdf) and the current rule. There's also a red-lined version (.pdf) of the new NPRM (minus the proposed transitional amendments) and the current rule. Pretty useful stuff for repair station folk, not to mention trade reporters. Still to come: ARSA's (and everyone else's) formal comments on the NPRM. Comment deadline: August 20.
