The cabinet of the Dutch government has agreed to make Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) transport aircraft available to support French Operation Serval in Mali. This was in response to a French request through the European Air Transport Command in Eindhoven for air transport capacity for logistics purposes. The RNLAF has two KDC-10s and one DC-10 (334 Squadron) and four C-130Hs (336 Squadron) based in Eindhoven.
