Lie-flat seats are part of Delta's plan to revitalize the Boeing 747-400s that mainly fly from Tokyo-Narita, the Atlanta-based carrier said earlier this week. It aims to retrofit its 16 747-400 BusinessElite cains with the seats between next summer and 2012. It also will install new Economy class seats.
