Photos From NASA's Green Flight Challenge

Pictures are coming in from NASA's Green Flight Challenge, sponsored by Google and organized by the CAFE Foundation. The goal is to achieve at least 200 passenger-mpg while averaging more than 100mph over a 200-mile distance (see previous post). The prize is $1.3 million for the winner. Competitors have completed the efficency flight contest, with the speed flight planned for tomorrow (Sep 29).
