  • A350-800, A330-200F Lose Orders in May

The A350-800 and A330-200F lost a total of four orders in May according to Airbus' latest orders and deliveries report.

Tunisair cancelled its order for three A350-800s that it had placed in July 2008. This cancellation brings the total number of A350-800 customers down to ten.

Intrepid Aviation switched another A330-200F order to an A330-300. Intrepid Aviation originally ordered 20 A330-200Fs in June 2007, but has slowly been switching its order over the passenger variants of the A330. It now has eight A330-200Fs left on order.

Airbus recorded just three A320 orders in May, all from easyJet. However, a significant number of orders are expected to be announced this month during the Paris Air Show as Airbus has typically done.
