There's been a lot of stupid things said in recent days over the air travel mess that has affected much of Europe since April 15.But there have also been some clever words uttered.Today's quote of the day award goes to a European Commission spokeswoman. Asked about Ryanair's plan not to meet obligations under European Union passenger rights regulations, she points out that "there are no discount passenger rights for discount airlines."Since then, Ryanair has said it will meet its legal obligations, although it still expressed its misgivings about the law.
