Flying Boeing 787
Qatar Airways 787
Emirates SkyCargo a few days ago received its first Boeing 777F, which it immediately integrated in its cargo operations. The aircraft was sent to Hong Kong to bring cargo back to Dubai. SkyCargo says the Hong Kong route remains one of the strongest routes for the airline. Emirates notes that pending 777 deliveries – both passenger models and freighters – will, this year, make it the biggest user of that Boeing widebody. One more 777F will be part of that activity. Emirates will take two more 777Fs at a later point. Emirates, eventually, will also become the largest A380 customer, although it will still have to wait a while until Airbus has handed them over. Singapore Airlines, so far, remains the carrier with the most A380s.[Picture: Emirates]
