Lufthansa subsidiary Air Dolomiti today has begun operations using its first Embraer 195 regional jet. The service moves Air Dolomiti into a new era, inaugurating operations with an aircraft seating more than 100 passengers. The Embraer 195 is fitted with 116 seats. The milestone comes as the airline also celebrates its 20th year of service. The first scheduled flight of the Air Dolomiti Embraer 195 took place between Milan Malpensa and Munich.
