Quote of the week would have to go to Boeing’s senior VP of sales for Asia Pacific, Dinesh Keskar. I think Dinesh was very brave last week for addressing a room full of journalists at Aero India. He was repeatedly grilled with questions about the 787 and did a fairly good job at deflecting the questions. But I couldn’t help but write in my notebook this great remark he made in the briefing. “The 787 is one of the most successful entries into service, irrespective of what’s happening,” he said.
