Goodrich has announced distributor agreements with AAXICO and Aviall covering commercial, regional, business and GA markets for its sensors and integrated systems business. The five-year awards are expected to result in reduced lead times and enhanced service for aftermarket customers.

Under the agreements, Aviall becomes the distributor for Goodrich de-icing products, and AAXICO the distributor for products including: air data products and systems; temperature sensors; potable water and specialty heater products; along with fuel quantity measurement and management systems.

Rich Feely, Commercial Aftermarket Business Segment Director, Sensors and Integrated Systems said, "By streamlining our distributor network, we will improve both the speed and ease of doing business with Goodrich. Our customers will benefit through increased parts availability, improved delivery times, and a simplified interface with us and our lean distributor team."

Terry Vieira, President, AAXICO, added, "AAXICO has been a Goodrich distributor for more than 25 years. We are delighted to leverage our unique capabilities, including worldwide parts stocking, to a broader portfolio of SIS products."

AAXICO is commercial aviation distributor, and has been a stocking distributor to commercial and regional airlines for more than 59 years.

Aviall Services, Inc., a Boeing subsidiary, is a provider of aftermarket supply-chain management services for the aerospace, defense and marine industries.
